1. What time should I expect delivery from GLS courier?

Unfortunately, we have no impact on delivery hours. If you spend the greater part of the day at work, we suggest you provide the address of your office as the delivery address.

2. Can I collect the ordered painting in person ? 

Personal collection is impossible due to logistic impediments.

Yes, the bank account number is correct. If you have any problems with transfer, you can try and enter the number without spaces or contact your bank to ask what number format is acceptable.

7.  Is there a printed catalogue of your offer?

No, we do not have a printed catalogue, our full offer is available only on www.MonikaSpiewak.com.

8. Can goods from one order be sent to two different addresses ?

There can only be one delivery address. If you want your chosen goods to be sent to two different addressees, you should place two orders.

9. When will I receive my package?

This information will be included in the confirmation e-mail. After receiving this e-mail you can expect the delivery within 48-96 hours.
